I have worked in every capacity available in the restaurant business. I've catered events, waited tables, bartend, bused, worked the line (app, grill, fry, and sides), morning prep, soups and sauce in the steam kettles, dish pit, wine presentation, and managed both front and back of the house. While managing a wine bar in downtown Baton Rouge, I met the inventor of PermaDrain products and quickly joined his team as Sales Director. Based on my experience, I knew he invented something special.
