Corporate Co-Chair introducing H. James Dallas David Wild has been with Walgreens since May 2016 and leads the GNFR Procurement team supporting Supply Chain. David is also responsible for GNFR Integration activities for the announced Rite Aid acquisition. Prior to joining Walgreens, David worked for Federal Mogul-Motorparts from 2007 where he led a team with responsibility for the Sealing and Engine Business Unit Purchasing function with spend accountability of around $600mill globally. At Federal Mogul, David was also responsible for P&L and operations for factories in Argentina that manufactured engine components (Pistons and Bearings). David started in the Pinetown operation in Durban, South Africa and relocated to the USA at the end of 2010. David was featured in Supply Management’s Top 35 under 25 in 2009 (http://www.supplymanagement.com/tags/35under35). David has a passion for electronics and completed advanced education in South Africa with a focus on Computer Engineering. He continues to pursue his passion by integrating technology into his daily responsibilities to yield more effective tools that drive change and success. David enjoys Cycling, Reading, and seeking new challenges in his spare time.
