Joseph is responsible for all Ocean Park in-park revenue and related guest service opportunities in the areas of food and beverage, retail, games, photo and other third party operations. He has achieved 9 successive years of record breaking in-park sales growth in Gross Revenues, Net Revenues, Per Capita Spending and Profits since his appointment in 2006. He has also been instrumental in defining the US$750 million Master Redevelopment Plan of the Park for in-park revenue development, which includes new restaurants, new product lines, new retail and new games opportunities, coupled with a new logistics support program from warehousing to ISO-22000, Halal Certification, food preparation and hygiene compliance. Joseph is native from Hong Kong with Scottish Heritage and speaks & writes 4 different languages, he has a rich background in guest service, retail, food and catering businesses, accountancy and corporate services both locally and overseas. He started his hospitality career after completing his studies in Switzerland. He began his F&B career working in the French speaking part of Switzerland for a renowned watch-making town, followed by the Sheraton in Zurich and Australia. He is a graduate of Public Administration, Hotel School, a registered CPA; just before joining Ocean Park in 2006, he was involved in various projects in Forensic Accounting & Financial Consultancy within the HK Government. Apart from that, he is an adventurer, author, columnist, Feng Shui Practitioner, Forensic Examiner, and Myth Buster too.
