Stephen Conway




Conway is a writer, filmmaker, podcaster, game reviewer, designer, and developer. For the past 12 years he has produced The Spiel, an audio program covering the world of board and card games. He also runs two game award programs: The Major Fun Award and The Spiel of Approval Award. His documentary Made For Play: Board Games & Modern Industry has been screened at game conferences around the world, and his second documentary is nearing completion. Stephen also runs The Spiel Foundation, a nonprofit organization that donates bundles of quality games to children’s hospitals and senior citizen centers across the country.
