Mike Ritter is an online industry and direct channel advocate with over 20 years of leadership experience in omni-channel commerce, digital strategy, general management, and platform development. Most recently in his role as VP & GM of Petco’s Online division he was responsible for leading the expansion of Petco’s digital commerce initiatives, a core element of the company’s omni-channel strategy. Prior to his role at Petco, Mike served in a variety of leadership positions including VP or Global eCommerce at Hewlett-Packard, GM of BestBuy.com, VP of Marketing at Vizio, and VP of Product Marketing at Gateway. Mike has also been a member of a variety of technology infrastructure steering committees and served as a member on multiple advisory boards.
