After 35 years in the auto industry, from turning wrenches to shop manager and foreman, Kris has decided to concentrate and devote the last 15 years of his time to Computer Diagnostics, Drivability and Training. While still working in the bay, part-time, he is well aware of what technicians deal with on a daily basis. In addition, he has a handle on the pulse of what real-world technicians are faced with daily, by working on a technical support hotline, where he handled 15-20 "Diagnosis to Completion" cars per day. His unique way of putting things in laymen's terms, has also helped him with another facet of his part-time projects, which is being associated with a nationally syndicated call-in radio show for the automotive consumer market. With his dedication to his career, and his hobby's, Kris has also received his "Merchant Marine Officer" Master Captains license from the US Coast Guard.
