Rosalyn S. Jordan has practiced as a registered nurse for over 35 years. She is board certified in the specialty nursing of wounds, ostomies, and continence by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Society Certification Board and wound care and ostomy care by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. She has had specialized training and competency evaluation in the care and treatment of patients with pressure, vascular and neuropathetic ulcers. She has an extensive background in home health, long-term care, acute care and industry nursing. Roz is well versed in reimbursement and patient care issues in all health care settings. She has been responsible for all levels and types of clinical research. Roz has participated on the NPUAP panel as a Corporate Advisory Council member and a Collaborating Organization Council panel member. Her passion since 2000 has been the Support Surface Standards (S3I) committee and is the current secretary for the S3I committee.
