FSU Vice President for Finance and Administration



Kyle Clark joined Florida State University in September 2013. Prior to his appointment at FSU he served as CFO and Vice President for Texas Tech’s Administration and Finance where he was responsible for oversight of the university fiscal operations. While there he gained a national reputation for innovativeness and forward thinking ideas in the area of budgeting and resources. Here at FSU VP Clark will oversee an annual Finance and Operations budget of more than 330 million dollars and 1,100 employees. Graduating from Texas Tech with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Kyle also earned executive development and business management certificates, respectively, from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers. VP Clark embraces the challenges in front of him as President Thrasher and the University pursue their newest goal, to move FSU into the Top 25 of the U.S. News National University Rankings.
