Jen Blair is the Executive Director of the Craft Maltsters Guild, a nonprofit trade association dedicated to promoting and sustaining the tradition of craft malting in North America. Jen is an Advanced Cicerone® and a Certified BJCP judge. She joined the American Homebrewers Association Governing Committee in May of 2018 and took on the role of industry subcommittee chair in November of 2018. Jen has been an all-grain homebrewer for the past five years, and her favorite kind of beer to brew (and drink!) is barleywine.
