Currently tech ops Senior Supervisor in FLL since 2020, Same position in MIA since 2001, “Ex-Con” –started with Continental Airlines in 1987 as a hanger technician, worked multiple managerial roles throughout the 35 year+ career. Handling a team that can take care of just about any discrepancy that comes thru FLL.  Confidence coupled with humility is what I try to instill with my team mates when it comes time to tackle the most complex of thru flight issues. How to be resourceful with contacts using the “phone a friend” ideology, putting pride aside,  when you’re not sure and ultimately using technology to resolve and communicate issues real time as they occur. Help with the adoption of teams for purpose of desktop sharing and video FaceTime engagement to be used peer to peer for training purposes. Designated station trainer for 737, Airbus A320 and 757 taxi. Also train human factors with real world scenarios to keep the team engaged.
