In addition to her work with CE3, Heather teaches Environmental & International Environmental Law as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Carolina Law & focuses her scholarship on energy & water law. After working in the private sector for nine years, she obtained her JD in 2011. She received a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech, & serves on the Board of Directors of OWASA.
