Mr. Menges joined PPL electric Utilities in 2008 as a Distribution System Operator. In 2010 he joined the PPL Smart Grid project as the operations technical lead. He has worked in the areas of both Automation device development & deployment, and Distribution Management System Implementation. Mr. Menges earned his BS in Psychology from SUNY NY and is an ex- Navy Nuclear Engineering Watch Officer.
