Catherine K. Dick is an Assistant Chief in the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, Fraud Section, Health Care Fraud Unit. She supervises Medicare Fraud Strike Force attorneys in Detroit and Chicago. Ms. Dick has prosecuted and supervised the prosecution of dozens of individuals and companies involved in health care fraud, including such areas as physical therapy, infusion therapy, oncology, psychotherapy and durable medical equipment. She works with multiple federal agencies, including FBI, HHS-OIG, DEA, IRS and others, to investigate these a variety of fraud, kickback, money laundering and drug diversion schemes. Ms. Dick earned her J.D. in 2005 from Harvard Law School and her B.A., cum laude, in 1999 from Columbia University. She is admitted to the bars of the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit.
