With a Bachelor of Art from Social Sciences and Humanities University, Tu Le started her career in hospitality at first. At Sofitel Plaza Saigon Hotel, she was working while studying the hospitality management from an international well-know brand “Accor Group”. Few months later, she was the youngest staff out of two to be sent to France for one month training in scheme of professional exchange program between St., Joseph L’amandier Hospitality Schooland Sofitel Plaza Saigon. From that moment, she grew up with knowledgeand standards of hospitality industry. After 8 year working in hospitality, she decided to step in a new venture of business. Together with her CEO, in 2009 they founded a pioneer FEC chain for children 12 and younger in Vietnam. Since then, 25 tiNiWorld centers’re appeared across the country. Recently, N KID Attractions introduces a sister brand T CLB which welcomes teenagers and over. Used to be a HR Director and currently Deputy COO of N KID Attractions, Tu has worked with the HR expert in the industry to build N KID University and touched Human Resources Excellence of Brass Ring Award 2015 in category of more than one million attendance a year.  Finalists of Best Employee Engagement Initiative.  Winner of Best Innovation In A Training Program Tu Le is an IAAPA certified Attraction Manager, and her aspiration is to help people to develop.
