With over 15 years of expertise in visitor experience, interpretation, exhibitions, and leadership, Sarah has a successful history enriching the visitor experience by empowering programming and exhibition teams to transform ways audiences can connect to museums. As the VP for Guest Experience at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago, IL, Sarah is working with her team to enhance the guest experience through integration of exhibition, personal facilitation and theater shows. Sarah’s passion lies in providing engaging experiences for all guests that leverage the authenticity of museums and highlights the human experiences behind objects and stories. Sarah has an MA in Museum Studies from Indiana University.
