These strategic partnerships have been designed to deliver comprehensive, cost effective solutions to clients through carefully selected diverse teams. Phil’s specific expertise is in managing client focused teams through the transition process as a Willis Towers Watson client. Phil’s focus is to integrate the strengths of Willis Towers Watson along with the strengths of high performing diverse owned firms to deliver solutions with an impact. Phil’s client expertise ranges from public entities as well as Fortune 500 clients. He has deep expertise within the supplier diversity space and has been recognized nationally on numerous occasions for his efforts in this space. Phil has an undergraduate degree of Northwestern University in Human Development and Social Policy and is licensed in life, casualty, health and fire.
