Michael West is the strategic sourcing director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s National Procurement Office. Michael is responsible for overseeing national sourcing efforts for both technology and non-technology products and services, as well as, contract management, category & vendor management, supplier diversity, and compliance. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Mr. West had 20 years of experience in international procurement and management within the semiconductor and telecom industry. Michael is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College where he received his Bachelor’s degree in business and management.
