Dave has been a Union electrician, Foreman and General Foreman for over 35 years. Currently he leads Taft Electric as their Preconstruction and Fabrication Division Manager and Lean Champion. Dave has been on the Lean Construction Institute Los Angeles and Orange County Community of Practices board since 2008. He has many years of teaching in the NJATC, Youth Groups and High School coaching.
