With more than 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience at such places as Starwood Hotels, PepsiCo and NBCUniversal, Helen has primarily focused on organizational process improvement and talent acquisition systems optimization. She has led several large scale projects including multiple global applicant tracking system implementations, HRMS integrations and career site re-designs. Helen joined NBCUniversal as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, based out of New York. In her current role she is responsible for re-engineering NBCUniversal’s talent acquisition systems, strategies and processes, in addition to leading their talent branding team. Helen has a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Psychology. She resides in Westchester, NY and enjoys traveling the globe with her husband.
