Fal Allen has over 30 years of brewing experience in both the U.S. and abroad. He has authored the new Brewers Publications (BP) book on Gose, the BP book on barley wine, and over 40 other articles on brewing and beer. He has spoken internationally on a range of brewing subjects from cask conditioned beers to QA/QC procedures, to brewery installation. He has also Judged beer internationally in Japan, Singapore, the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and New Zealand.
