Jaffe founded Cascadia Capital’s Consumer & Retail practice, which represents consumer packaged goods and consumer services companies, retailers, restaurants and retail technology businesses. He joined Cascadia from Gordian Group, where he managed and executed complex and special situation financial advisory assignments. Prior to business school, Jaffe was a principal within the strategic change consulting practice at Price Waterhouse, where he managed operational strategy development and performance improvement projects for Fortune 1000 companies. He holds a bachelor of science with honors in business administration from Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is on the Advisory Board of the Methow Valley Conservancy and part of the CircleUp Advisor Network.
