Juan Jorquera is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Vagabond vgbnd.co. Juan currently manages the Commercial team, but has been involved in nearly every aspect of the business from filling machines, to providing customer support, to managing strategic objectives for the organization. He’s most excited about vīv, Vagabond’s commerce platform that drives growth for food, beverage and facilities services companies by adding new revenue streams and encouraging commerce between them and their accounts. Juan is an active participant in many NAMA efforts, including serving on the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) Steering Committee from its inception, participating in every NAMA DC Fly-In from the beginning, attending Public Policy Conferences, and serving on NAMA’s Education Committee. Juan double majored in Finance and International Relations and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Raised in Queens, New York (fun fact: Queens county is where more languages are spoken than any other county in the world) Juan has played basketball, tennis and soccer competitively and was a US Open ball boy in high school. Now living in Washington, DC, Juan spends his free time attending music shows (he can dance to anything), plays soccer a couple times a week, and getting involved in various musical and artistic projects.
