Rockledge Gardens


Liz Lark Riley has a background in the performing arts. She holds a BA in Drama/Communications from Loyola New Orleans and a Master’s in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. Her in-laws were kind enough to give her a day-job at Rockledge Gardens when she first moved to Brevard county in 2013 to build a theater company in Rockledge. She quickly learned that there is a lot of theater involved in retail and she began to view her position as more of a passion than a day job. Over the last few years, Liz has dramatically increased the number of community events held at Rockledge Gardens as well as the number of attendees at long-standing events. She credits increased attendance almost entirely to social media marketing. Rockledge Gardens has been the site of more than a dozen weddings since her own wedding there in 2011 and now having overseen the design and construction of a new dedicated events space on Rockledge Gardens’ property, she has booked 10 wedding for 2017-2018 so far and hopes to have 30-50 per year in the near future.
