Fred McKinney (Dr. Fred) as Managing Director for MBE Programs at Tuck is responsible for growing participation, and creating interesting new programs. Prior to starting at Tuck, Dr. Fred spent 14 years as President and CEO of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC). Dr. Fred is a nationally recognized thinker on all matters involving minority business development. He worked at the White House on the Council of Economic Advisors (1978-79), the Rand Corporation and served as faculty at three universities. He owned and operated a wholesale gourmet coffee company and holds a coffee dispensing machine patent.
