Chris Green is a Manager in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Chris has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, with experience in IT Outsourcing, Project Management Directory Services infrastructure design and IT process optimization. As a Certified Outsourcing Professional, Chris has provided support for IT infrastructure standup initiatives which included implementing new applications and migrating existing customer applications to the cloud. He has also led clients through IT operating model definition, RFP development, vendor evaluation and selection, developing IT Outsourcing contracts, supporting contract negotiations and developing detailed transition plans for the data center, network, and service desk areas.
