Michael Holtzman received his BS in Restaurant Management from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and now has more than 40 years of restaurant industry experience. He is the President and CEO of Profitable Food Facilities Worldwide. His focus has been on improving the sales, quality, and profitability of food service operations. Mike is a hands-on operator with experience in all aspects of food service. He has worked with more than 650 facilities in North America, Europe, Jamaica, Asia and the Middle East. Mike is President of Profitable Food Facilities Worldwide (PFFW), a company specializing in captive market restaurant locations. He is recognized as a global educator as Mike has spoken at more than 350 events around the globe for numerous organizations on the topic of food and beverage over the last 20 years.
