Cassandra Brown is a program specialist with Title IV, Part A. She happily assists districts with providing Florida’s students with programs and activities in the areas of well-rounded education, safe and healthy schools, and effective use of technology. She has served in a number of roles in education including as a middle school language arts and reading teacher and a coordinator for preservice teachers.
