Brandon R. McFadden is an Assistant Professor in the Food and Resource Economics Department at the University of Florida. He received a PhD from Oklahoma State University in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Statistics. His research uses experimental economic methods to examine consumer food choice and the mechanisms of food choice. Primarily, his research examines consumer perceptions of contemporary agricultural production to better understand the mechanisms of food choice.
