Jenny Burke leads the impairment initiative at NSC by raising awareness and creating solutions to address opioid overdose, fatigue, impaired driving, mental health concerns, cannabis impairment, and more. She is a licensed attorney in Illinois since 2002 and is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. Jenny also holds a Master of Science degree in health law and policy.
