Rick Keigwin is the Director of EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs. In this role, Rick leads a staff of approximately 600 people, regulating the manufacture and use of all pesticides and establishing maximum levels for pesticide residues in food. Prior to becoming the Director of OPP, Rick held positions as the Deputy Office Director for Programs, Director of the Pesticide Re-evaluation Division, and the Director of the Biological and Economic Analysis Division. He has also served in leadership roles in the Registration Division. Rick began his EPA career in EPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics.
