Dan Donovan’s is the Global Head of Product Marketing for leading fraud detection solution provider, Shift Technology. In this role he works closely with Shift’s 50+ global Insurance customers and is responsible for developing the positioning, messaging, and guiding the strategic direction of the company’s solutions. Dan is an expert in the field of insurance fraud and claims analytics with more than two decades of insurance industry experience leading fraud investigation and claims operations for Liberty Mutual (Boston), and six years working in the insurance technology sector.
