Brandon delivers over 21 years of IT and consulting experience in program management, systems development, process improvement, alternatives assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and organizational change management (OCM) for both public and private sector clients. His experience includes leading numerous financial management modernization programs, as well as providing subject matter expertise to strategic planning and analysis projects. Brandon’s recent efforts include assisting multiple agencies evaluate the use of Federal Shared Services Providers (FSSPs), and supporting government-wide standardization efforts under the Financial Management Line of Business (FMLoB). Brandon resides in Fairfax with his wife and two children.
