Stewart R. Balikov, DDS, AHFI, received his DDS from the University of Southern California in 1983. He currently serves as the National Dental Director Utilization Management for Aetna Inc. and Dental Director for Aetna Dental of California Inc. Dr. Balikov has lectured previously on Dental Fraud at CADP, the Los Angeles Dental Society, the American Dental Association as well as a past NHCAA Annual Training Conferences and NETS. Dr. Balikov is a Certified Dental Consultant and Past-President of the American Association of Dental Consultants. He is also a California Association of Dental Plans Certified Quality Assurance Consultant and program instructor for the certification and legal review component of the course. Professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Los Angeles Dental Society, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and the American Association of Dental Consultants.
