Tony is the fire chief and coordinator of emergency management for Henrico County (VA). A 27-year veteran of the fire and EMS services, he served on the staff of the International Association of Fire Chiefs from 1992-1994 and has been a member of the Henrico County Division of Fire since 1997. He has been an active member of the VFCA since 2004 and helped to organize the Virginia Fire Officer Academy. Tony is a scoutmaster and Rotarian; and holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s from the University of North Texas.
