Young Government Leaders


Kevin Richman is the Chief Relationship Officer for Young Government Leaders. In this role he is responsible for supporting over 20 YGL chapters across the country, leading YGL marketing and communications, and developing YGL partnerships. Kevin got his start in the Federal Government through the Financial Management Specialist program and is proud to not only be recognized as a young leader and change agent in his organization, but also serves as a voice for many young government employees in his agency. Kevin received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Politics from Penn State University and received his MBA from the University of Maryland. In addition to his service for YGL, Kevin serves as a mentor through both his agency and the GovLoop Mentor’s program. He also is an avid sports fan and loves coaching his youth basketball team. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, taking in new experiences, playing with his dog, reading leadership books, developing new skills, and learning how to be a good husband.
