Ross has worked for Oxbow Animal Health, an internationally renowned pet products company specializing in premium nutrition and care for small pets, for nearly 12 years in a variety of capacities in marketing and customer care. As manager of international operations, she was actively involved in Oxbow being honored as the SBA’s 2006 National Exporter of the Year. In her current role, she serves on the senior leadership team and oversees a variety of marketing initiatives and educational programs designed to share and promote the integrity of the Oxbow brand. An honors graduate from University of Nebraska-Kearney, Ross received her degree in business administration and marketing. Prior to Oxbow, she worked at the Nebraska Business Development Center helping aspiring business owners build and grow their small businesses.
