Winnie Buchanan is the Director of Facilities with Aaron’s, Inc. In this role, Winnie leads the team providing facility repair and maintenance for 1,200 US and Canadian retail stores and works with over 950 Landlords. Winnie team manages a wide range of programs and services for their stores, from Landscape to minor renovations. Communicating and partnering with Landlords is a key role and focus for her team. She has more than 25 years of commercial property and facility management experience. Before joining Aaron’s in 2016, Winnie worked for a diverse range of organizations and accounts: Regions Bank, MUFG Union Bank, Equifax, AT&T, and Verizon. She is a member of International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA) volunteering for various committees.
