Jim is the Director of Fiscal Service Audit at the Department of Treasury’s Office of Inspector General. In this role, he is responsible for performance audits of Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service including those related to government payments, revenue collection and debt management; treasury securities; and data transparency. Jim leads Treasury OIG’s oversight of Treasury’s DATA Act implementation effort. Before joining Treasury, Jim was a Group Vice President and Senior Audit Manager at Chevy Chase Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a Certified Public Accountant.
