Werner Lippuner is a Principal with EY where he leads the Government & Public Sector Risk Transformation practice. In his role he leads teams focused on helping Federal Government agencies manage their risks. Leveraging methods and tools from the private sector, Werner and his teams assist agencies in linking risks to performance and strategic goals to increase the likelihood of achieving desired outcomes. Werner started his career as a financial statement auditor with EY in Switzerland. Over the last 20 years, he has provided financial management, information technology, and risk advisory services to a large number of Federal Government entities.
