Doug Durrwachter has been a part of the foodservice equipment industry since 1994 when he began by re-building kitchen equipment. The hands-on training he gained while working in the shop and installing equipment allowed him to eventually end up with a dealer fabricator focused on national account chains. Being responsible for the construction of over 500 kitchen projects for brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, P.F. Chang’s, Houston’s, Pei Wei’s, Yard House, Doug’s fabrication, and other project management positions.
