Karen Streeter is the Managing Director of Cogent TLC. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Technology and degrees in Speech Communication and Organizational Development. A former Instructional Technology and Library Media Services Supervisor, she established and led technology training programs, designed training interventions, and implemented several projects resulting in positive impact to student achievement. A Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer,and certified technical trainer, Streeter has presented at various state and national conferences.
