James G. ("Gil") Middlebrooks has represented public school districts since 1983 in all aspect of education law, including special education and Section 504 issues. Gil has a daughter who spent her entire educational career in the public separate setting, so he lives special education as a parent as well as a practitioner. Gil's presentations are fast-paced and interactive, and they provide participants ample opportunity to raise real-world scenarios. He has presented at past LRP Institutes, NSBA national conventions, and to school organizations across the country.
