Wayne received a B.S. in 1988 from Duke University, his Ph.D. in Psychology from LSU in 1994, and his J.D. in 2006 from Loyola University in New Orleans. He is a partner with Hammonds and Sills. Wayne’s practice focuses on Special Education and Section 504/ADA. He is a former school psychologist (93-96) and special education administrator (96-04). He is also a licensed psychologist in Louisiana.
