Geneva Taylor is managing partner of the Houston office of Powell Youngblood and Taylor and the firm’s statewide special education practice group leader. Ms. Taylor is a nationally recognized expert on school law and focuses her practice on the representation of school districts. Ms. Taylor is a three-time Super Lawyer Rising Star first in 2014 in Los Angeles, California and then again in 2018 and 2019 for the state of Texas. Ms. Taylor was selected by Texas Monthly Magazine as one of the Top Texas Attorneys and Top Women Attorneys in 2018 and 2019.
