Lloyd Brown is the Vice President of Digital Strategies at SAFARI Montage and was formerly the Executive Director of Information Technology for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). During his tenure at BCPS, he was instrumental in developing the district-wide Students and Teachers Accessing Tomorrow (S.T.A.T) program. Mr. Brown was also instrumental in the development and implementation of the Teaching and Learning Initiative at Henrico County Public Schools during his 14+ years serving as their Director of Technology. With 20+ years of experience in educational technology, Lloyd possesses an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their instructional applications. He advocates for technology resources to enhance student learning experiences, including interoperability across multiple digital resources.
