Dan Scheinkman is VP of Compensation & Benefits at Freddie Mac where he has the pleasure of working with an inspirational leadership team, and leading a group of outstanding compensation & benefit professionals who are committed to providing the company’s employees with top notch offerings. During Dan’s 15 years with Freddie Mac, he has led the design, implementation, and administration of innovative compensation and benefit programs to support organizational and cultural transformation in a highly political environment. Prior to Freddie Mac, Dan worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
