Kathy Bakley is the Senior Benefits Specialist with the County of Cape May, New Jersey. Kathy is directly responsible for implementation and execution of the County’s health benefits program. As part of her day to day responsibilities, Kathy is responsible for managing all health carrier and broker relationships as well as multiple voluntary and ancillary relationships, including all FSA, DDC and COBRA responsibilities. She has more than 30 years in the health care industry, gaining experience in various fields to include administration, finance and policy and procedures.
