Jeffrey Lindsay presently serves as chief legal counsel to the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders, County Constitutional Officers and all County Departments. He also manages the Office of Risk Management, Office of Health and Wellness and the County’s workers’ compensation program. Jeff was formerly the Director of Human Resources & Training for the County where he managed a staff of supervisory, professional and administrative personnel who were responsible for the County’s personnel matters.
