A 26-year veteran in financial services, Karen joined Alight Solutions in 2016. She became a Certified Financial Planner in 1993 and expanded her knowledge in employee benefits with the sole purpose of integrated the two disciplines which led to the formation of Financial Planning and Benefits Resources. Karen has spoken at numerous companies through the United States teaching employees how to integrate their benefit plan into their personal financial plan. Karen attended St. Louis University and Bentley University, holds an active CFP and CLTC certifications. She has 5 children and lives in CT with her husband.
