Janet Lee is Counsel to the Group Life, Disability, and Leave Administration business of Cigna Corporation. Prior to joining Cigna in May 2017, Ms. Lee was a private practice attorney who concentrated on labor and employment matters at the law firms of Blank Rome LLP and Jackson Lewis PC. Her practice included wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment and whistleblower claims, as well as all aspects of litigation. She is published in the New Jersey Labor & Employment Law Quarterly and is a frequent speaker to in-house counsel and human resources professionals regarding employment-related issues.
